When you first contact us we will have an initial chat to discuss your circumstances and the areas where you think we may be able to help you find a property or manage your house move.

If you are then interested and want to discuss in more detail, we will arrange to meet at a mutually convenient time and place. You are under no commitment at all and this is free of charge.

After this initial meeting, we will prepare a written working brief, setting out what we understand your needs to be and outlining exactly what we will provide, with costs. Once you are happy with the working brief and confirm you wish to proceed, we would ask you to sign an agreement and pay the deposit – see pricing for full details.

Whichever of our services you use, throughout the
process, our commitment is to provide you with a
totally personalised service. We will communicate
via whichever means is most convenient to you,
keeping you fully up to date with progress at each stage.
