Following our initial meeting (see how we work for more information), we will prepare a working brief. This will include your requirements regarding property location, size and type of property, local amenities, schools etc.

Once you are happy with the brief and confirm you wish us to proceed, we will begin our search, identifying possible properties and carrying out initial viewings. We will shortlist the properties and accompany you on these viewings to ensure we are finding the right type of property for you.

When we find the right property we can negotiate on your behalf to achieve the best price. We will liaise with the agent throughout the sale process, progress chasing to make sure your move is as speedy and smooth as possible through to completion.

If you are moving into a rental property your timescales will usually be much tighter than if you were buying. Don’t worry, even if you live at the other end of the country, we will find out exactly what you are looking for, find the best fit and work to get you in as quickly as possible.
